Shipping Information

PAYMENT

  Payment is accepted through Paypal and Stripe! Paypal will let you use your Paypal balance, while both Stripe and Paypal let you use your debit or credit card.

SHIPPING COSTS

   All shipping is based on fixed costs that are associated with the item's weight class and current USPS prices. All orders come with tracking information upon shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

  Most in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 weeks. Because of the ongoing pandemic, bigger orders are taken to the post office only once a week, on Monday. This may cause small delays between ordering and shipping.

Made to Order items, like a T-shirt, are handled outside of me through a print to order company. Their own shipping and handling can vary but usually only take 1 - 2 weeks.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  Pre-order items will have shipping information included in the description, so please refer to that for an estimated time of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

  This depends on your country and postal service! For orders within the US, usually 1-1.5 weeks or less is the normal wait time. Orders to Canada, 2-3 weeks, and orders anywhere else can take up to a month.

RETURN POLICY

Any US order lost in the mail will be replaced for free (as items are available); however orders to Canada or anywhere else will need to re-pay for shipping.

  If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please contact me and we will work on a refund together.
